Make sure rest and sleep are a priority for you to put your best foot forward every day at any age. If possible get between 6-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep a night putting all those electronic devices we can’t live without (phones, ipads, computers) on time out.
Make sure that working machine (aka- your body) is fueled with plenty of water throughout your day. Make it a habit to get at least 64oz of water in a day.
EXERCISE YOUR BODY AND MIND.
It doesn’t matter if you dance for 20 minutes or you work hard at your body. Just move. Move everyday. We are in a long-term relationship with someone we never asked to be. Ourselves. So there is no choice-- we are stuck together, so be nice to yourself, be a friend to yourself and acknowledge you are together forever so move, learn, and always grow.
MOISTURIZE/REMOVE YOUR MAKEUP BEFORE SLEEP/REPEAT.
Moisture is one of the most important things for the biggest organ in your body. Your skin! You are giving moisture to the insides through your water intake so don’t forget to give attention to your skin as well. Not only your face, but also your entire body. It is never too late to start! Make sure to get all that goop off before going to sleep for the night. Not only will it allow your skin to breathe, but also removing mascara and eye makeup will help with keeping your eyes vibrant and not irritated. Make sure you follow up with a night cream and an under eye cream. Wrinkles are
endearing but if we can postpone them why not???
DRESS FOR YOUR BODY TYPE BUT BE WHO YOU ARE.
Nothing looks better on someone than confidence. I don’t care what age or size you are, your personal style should express who you are and fit your body type.
